These terms apply when you buy from ExportBible (exportbible.com), operated by Rynex Global, India ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products
We sell digital products: PDF guides, spreadsheets and document templates. No physical item is shipped.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.
3. Licence
Each purchase gives one person or one business a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for its own work. You may edit the templates for your own business. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
4. Information only
Our guides are for education and planning. They are not legal, tax, customs or financial advice. Export rules, schemes and fees change; check the official source (for example DGFT, CBIC or your Export Promotion Council) or a qualified professional before you act. We are not responsible for decisions made using the guides.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
